Baking Stuff

Heh...my dad is absolutely not normal...he's demanded i bake food almost every night ><" and most of which dont exactly come out well...maybe cos i add too many extra things in =S

So far:
Apple Cake
SEMIFAIL (my dad kinda took the cake out of the oven before it was done simply because the top looked done (probably cos i added a layer of sugar on top) and started eating it even though it had only been in the oven for 15 of the 40 minutes, then he started eating from the top cos he's cool and halfway down it turned into goo...that's when he believed me that it wasnt done... and hence this cake kinda went weird but tasted very nice when i finally got cooked)

Shortbread Cookies
SUCCESS (this was too easy though...so simple oh wells came out nicely)

Matcha Chiffon Cake

FAIL & SUCCESS (why both? well, i poured it into the bigger cake tin and kinda filled it up then had some remaining and chucked it into a smaller one =) yhh small one came out nicely =) and yhh tasted nice then the big one took ages and my sister being the troll she is turned the temperature to 250°c yhh.....it just flopped after that..)

and hmm there are photos i think but they can wait =)
