how much water is there in the sky?

I mean seriously, the clouds have been just as dark from morning til arvo, and the torrential downpour which caused a widespread natural disaster throughout the school didn't cease during the whole day and web it was raining very hard, it somehow managed to still increase in intensity =/ I swear there isnt thaaaat much water in the sky, although this is prolly a result of the weather system pattern thing called a La Nina or something (I'll get back to this one) and possibly the results of climate change resulting in colder winters, heavier extended periods of downfall, as well as extended periods lack of rain...and no I do not mean drought! anyway, I hate this rain cos its so heavy but not epic...theres no thunder/lightning =( which really does make it all that much more amazing, especially at night even though it does kill your eyes and often results in after-images (where you can still see the image in your view but it has already gone) but heyy, its fun! =D

hehehe...short is a word commonly associated with the description of me =.=" however, a couple of days ago..on saturday to be precise..my dad measured my height as he does every month or so (mainly at my sisters request) and discovered that after 16 months of no growth I have suddenly grown =D hehe...i shall take a photo of that wall one day =/ anyway, the point is...that after saying to so many people that I havnt grown..well I now have and hence  i've become slightly taller...=D though I'm still relatively short TT.TT but big changes take place over time don't they?? =)

short summary of yesterday: lost 4 games, then won 2 (meaning that we werent bottom overall xD), games we lost werent by tooooo much and were lost mainly due to personal errors =( though we did get smashed by Sydney Boys and ohhh saw a Sydney Boys guy who I swear was at least 2m tall. no joke. TT.TT least we didn't have to play against him =) fun day.. what else to say? yhh, thats about it all summed up =)

damn truong hw =.=

this marks the 7th consecutive friday night/saturday morning where i've stayed up past 12 doing truong hw...and half of those weeks I never actually completed all of it.. and today is one...
my biggest regret in life, signing that netbook charter thing.. and refusing to go maths tutoring after selective TT.TT these two decisions marked the demise of me =( so...to all the carlo west kiddies parents, I think its time you all knew how dumb I am at maths now, rather than seeing me as the primary school kid who did extremely well in maths as most still do... as much as I wish I could still be someone to live up to those beliefs/views, its time to see me as the fail maths kid cos everytime one such remark is made, I can only think of how much of a lie/misconception that is. when rebuked, I get that same response, "oh, it must be a one off" or "you'll ace the next one"... if only it was a simple as that =( and even though I do go tutoring, one must realise how by starting tutoring at the end of year 10 means i've missed a lot of stuff (in particular, the teachings of advanced parts and methods of 'easy' topics) and now on these 'harder' topics aka calculus, I'm completely lost when we're doing logs cos Truong uses random formulae or something on the log and I'm sitting there very lost ><" sigh~ this is the painful life of me, a fail maths kid =(

nice surprises =)

for those who havnt already discovered or figured out...i am a person who is quite fond of classical music =) and many other genres.. anyway, over the last couple of weeks, many pieces that I've never heard since a long long time ago appeared on the classical radio station =) and then even more mysteriously, pieces that we studied in Music2 at school appeared as well...my point, life often brings strange but pleasant surprises =)

the failures of being me =)

hehehe...so today in english adv'ed, i loved how Mr McDavitt explained how handwriting and marks.. so basically he said this - that you do not lose marks for bad handwriting because thats what BoS says, similarly, you will not get hit by a car driven by a drunk driver cos its illegal =) now that took some people a while to get but yes it reminded me of how i done goofed in extension english xD heres the comment i got...

 ooops xD nonetheless i did ok-ish in that essay and no i've gotten all my marks back i'm slightly relieved none have fallen below 70 =) but still not satisfied with my range of marks either =/

small children on trains

does anyone who have children consider the general public when they take public transport? ok, on the train from Truong... a group of 3 women came onto the train with 11 kids, and 3 prams... first they parked their prams across the door despite there being space inside the train, then at each station they glared and gave dirties to everyone who had to squeeze past their prams to get on and off the train... and with the children, they all sat down.. on the stairs.. I mean...wth and not only that, they took the three kids off the prams and put them on the stairs too ok maybe not so bad, but its pretty bad when you see a group of elderly people get on and having gotten past the gate of prams, trying to climb the stairs whilst snaking through the kids and the mums simply stood and watched... now picture what happens when we reach Granville where like half the train gets off =) and still they don't budge... hope they have a hard time getting off the train as everyone did >=( learn to take public transport properly when you have children =(

so.. my dear little sister =) it was your birthday yesterday so happy birthday! =) and because I'm very tired from not sleeping until 1.30 doing Truong hw (partly your fault for making me wait half an hour while you cut the cake) I shall cease this post here =)

fuuuuu =(

omg...i just went through all my marks from half yrlies so far and like not a single one is over 80% fuuuuaarr well music was too complicated in calculation so i didn't count that but yess everything else minus english and english ext, is like gahhhhhhh =( and i think i have this curse of like 77/78/79% because it seems that no matter how easy or how hard a mahts test was, i still somehow get this mark... and now its not just for maths... its goes for music theory ><", maths, maths ext, and chem =( i am going to be so depressed when  get reports =( on a brighter note...i gave my mum all the results i've gotten so far and there was no asian parent rage...well not yet at least or maybe they're just so used to me failing so hard that they've given up already =( nonetheless no rage = a slightly happier me =)

the amazing stuff that happens at baulko orchestra =.=

so, this morning, as with every othe Tuesday morning, I went to orchestra rehearsal with my oboe =) upon arrival on such a chilly morning, I went to tlc to set up only to find that I had brought the oboe case..without the oboe inside X_X such is the stupidity of being me TT.TT

yhh, anyway I kinda ended up just playing the part on a borrowed flute.. which froze my fingers up completely =( that was not fun...

cheap assholes..

while I'm still in a ranty mood...i fuggen hate cheapass schools who think they can cheat their way in k/o tournaments... so as many would not know.. the baulko k/o guys volleyball team progressed all the way to round 3 through forfeits from schools all the way and then... our supposed next game got declared a forfeit.. on baulko =.= it seems a certain school, namely Blacktown Boys High, finds it highly appropriate to declare a win by forfeit without even trying to arrange a game... so it seems that ends our k/o volleyball adventure unless the appeal we sent overturns but highly doubt that... but ofc, nothing is wasted (not that much can be wasted) cos it seems we're going to some other thing next week =) anyways, this negativeness is turning positive... not intentional...=/

I hate getting exam results back...i p think this is the worst set of tests I've ever done ><" its so depressing =( I believe I am now aiming for like a straight b's report... why on earth do we even have halfyrlies after like 1 term... such a stupid thing to do... i mean, exactly how much can you learn in 1 term of school?
now, I'm hoping that I actually did ok in 3u maths, english and ext english or else I'm kinda fu*ked  D= especially when I should have done so much better in every single one of my tests that I've gotten back ><

bahh, I'm gunna go hide in a hole and be pissed off and depressed...

public transport sucks

I hate public transport... like yesterday, going home from tutoring...i usually catch a train from Fairfield to Granville, turn another from Granville to Parra, then a bus from Parra to North Rocks.. well, usually the two trains meet perfectly so I don't actually spend anytime waiting at Granville and my hourly bus (which walking distance to home is a minimum) comes around ten minutes after I get to parra... but yesterday trackworks meant a replacement bus from Granville to parra and that bus was 8 minutes late =.= hence late arrival at Granville... then train at Granville was slightly late despite already missing the usual train and so I get to parra at like 11.20 aka half an hour late or twenty minutes after the departure of my hourly bus =.= so I end up catching M54 which should come every 15/20 minutes... well I ended up waiting until 11.47 before the 11.30 bus came and had to walk a mile home.. getting home like an hour later than usual... hmm and my other experiences where the stupid bus didnt even turn up...grrrrr!

and poooh, I shall continue that 10 day thing asap =( but I cbb xD

isn't the time such an amazing thing... its perpetual and yet we place a measurement on it... it passes so quickly and yet theres still so much left to it and time although seems set.. it is actually 'changeable' as Einstein showed the world on the concept of relativity and hence given the technology (which may exist in a godzillion years) is it possible to temporarily slow time down or speed it up =) how? a simple example... say 'l' is the speed of light the fastest anything can reach (accept it as a fact), if you travel in a spaceship at close to the speed of light, say 'l - 10' m/s and then... you fire something away at '20' m/s then the relative speed of this projectile to a bystander not on the ship is 'l + 10' m/s aka faster than the speed of light... Einstein came to the conclusion that because the speed of light is the limit... the object must be slowed down to the speed of light... time will speed up for the world outside of the spaceship so that the object travels a 'l' m/s and light will travel at 'l - x' m/s where x indicated the change in speed due to the increased time =) however, since the speed of the projectile relative to the moving ship is 20 m/s and hence time doesn't speed up for you, so when you have experienced 30 seconds, the world around you speeds up and experiences say 40 seconds. now, change that projectile to a touch shining light... the torch light will travel at almost '2l' m/s and according to Einstein, this means that time must speed up by almost half.. this is the limits of such time manipulation in theory anyway...so depending on the perspective, time speeds up (if you not on the ship) or technically slows down on the ship cos your minute on the ship could potentially be a minute and a half everywhere else =) nice and simple but only in theory =(

anyway before I get sidetracked again...i  was only prompted to write due to my multiple coincidences of checking the time at precise minutes of strange numbers... xD  and I don't sit waiting for these times... its almost always a confidence when I look at a clock and the time is 11:11, 12:34, 23:45 =.= strangely abnormal =(

photoshopping =)

during this last week, the free time i've had was used quite efficiently xD so as some would jump to conclusions...no, i did not go build gundam models x( thought i would have liked to and in all cases, i dont think i will be for a while...cos i'm waiting for spraypaint which at hobbyco (that hole of a place which rips people off) costs $30 per can and i kinda need 12 cans atm...so yes I'm not going to blow $360 on spraypaint, my cousin offered me a solution..or actually two. ok, so one is he'll get them shipped to me but theres the issue with customs cos 1. overseas spraypaint is cheap (like $5AU a can when you convert it) and 2. i am a potential vandeliser due to the amount of spray cans being shipped D= screw you customs cos i'm gunna get them in illegally =D the other option was to by an airbrush and paint it that way...but the airbrush cos like 120...fml =(

anyway, enough rambling....photoshopping...i've always been under the perception that adobe photoshop pragramme thing is uber confusing and hard to use (from past experience), but as i discovered i was wrong-ish xD its hard to start but once you get the hang of it, its quite fun and intrigueing what you can do =) hehehe, so here is my final product from a combination of many many many pictures and stuffs i did to them and put them all together =) not pro but i think its a nice start =)

hehehe, so on Monday... my last exam was completed... leaving a music prac now on Thursday but yhh that doesn't count as an exam so yhh xD

now I'm kinda dreading the start of school on Friday cos despite all the stress all the freedom when there were no exams...i  kinda liked it =D and now these exam free days feel like holidays =) I can't believe I'm saying this... but exam week was actually fun in many ways xD

sorrry kiddo, the 10 day thing can wait x) okay i think all my of period of extreme panic has ended....well, it shouldn't feel like this cos there's still physics on Monday for some reason it feels like all my exams are over...ohh and there's music 2 prac as well =.=" but hey all maths is now over too =) and music theory too... though i kinda ended up staying up till 12.30ish... panicking =( but its over and i'm relatively happy =/ only relatively though...

anyhows, i should start working off the fat that has built up since holidays after i stopped all my psorting activities cos i'm fat and lazy...well now I'm just extremely lazy and very fat =.=

ohhh, fuuuuaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkkkkk =( i just remembered theres truong hw......lets comptemplate whether to do it or not...i still havnt eaten dinner so i shall not do truong hw =) instead i shall go eat dinner =)

Yay =) i'm happy

hehehe...it seems all of english has been done =) and i feel quite good about english ext =D (not that this is a good sign cos usually, feeling good = bad marks TT_TT but hey, might as well enjoy the moment while it lasts) anyways..i believe this is the first time i've actually memorised a practise essay and i highly doubt it will happen again...so much brain drain =( but mehh, its over and done with...now just maths ext, music 2 theory on friday, phys next monday and music 2 prac next thursday =D

during my endeavours of music studying, i went to find audio-visual recordings of my pieces...well, techinically the visual part isnt necessary buuuuut it was an excuse to go that that one source...youtube xD hehehe, anyways, you know how there are the 'related videos' well through those i managed to snake through many many different music (though not my music) related videos =S this included, finalfantasy soundtracks, orchestral works of movie soundtracks, a full human tetris everything was human including soundtrack =D, mario soundtracks and beer bottle orchestras. amazing stuff

anyways, here are the better ones =D
